Doctors working towards gaining their Australian Medical Registration will need to follow the college formatted CV template. This sets the standard for comparison and ensures you cover all of the necessary information.
Practice Templates
Supervised Practice Plans and Change of Circumstance forms can found on the Medical Board’s website. The forms are listed based on type of registration. You will therefore need to scroll to the appropriate section for Limited Registration forms or Provisional Registration forms.
